The Maple Nine Pass is a $75.00 monthly fee. Any additional immediate family members will be billed at an additional $35.00 per month.

The Maple Nine Pass may be cancelled at any time. To do so, I need to turn in all Membership Cards to the Golf Shop before the 1^st day of the upcoming month so my Credit Card is not charged. At this point, you will be removed from the Maple Nine Pass Program and its obligations.
